False advertisement and poor customer service

We go to Wimpy at least once a week on a personal capacity. At work we order at least twice a week. Service is usually excellent. Gent who does deliveries is good and Elizabeth is brilliant.

My complaint comes in where last week we ordered two chedder melt steaks, having this numerous times i knew what to expect. Cheese was not even melted, its ok i continued to eat my steak only to have to leave half of it behind due to the sinew. Half of my steak was left on my plate. Waitress (not Elizabeth) did apologize but yet i was still charged full price for it with no compensation. Planning to take it further i thought about it and said well i guest that is Wimpy standards.

This evening we get to wimpy at 20;45 as this branch closes at 21;00. Doors are locked. We question why it is locked as the sign on the door says till 21;00. All we wanted was two ice creams, just to be told isssh the machine has already been cleaned. So what time does this get done,

You advertise 21;00 closing time, you are to be able to service anything until 21;00 esp a dessert.

I feel that this is false advertising and you serve poor quality meat but still take my money for it. Disappointing!
