Hi,

Friday 14th Jun I ordered a 10 piece family treat, boxmaster and colonal burger. I chose as a side zinger wings x2 and coleslaw. When I arrived at KFC I first waited atleast 20mins before I was helped and there was only two other orders before me which is absolutely ridiculous After I ordered I waited another 15mins for our food. After waiting that long I distinctly asked the cashier Lorain is everything in the bag and she said yes. When I got home I saw that the coleslaw was not in the bag and when I opened the zinger wings there was only the small wings in it, to my understanding it should be 4 small ones and 4 of those bigger ones that look like mini drumsticks even when you order only 4 wings it should be even 2 small ones and 2 little drumsticks. I tried calling a couple of time to the number on the slip and I couldn't get through however when I finally got through the lady I was speaking to I could hardly understand because the line was so bad, she just told me should I have time I should come and get my coleslaw. This is utterly unacceptable and bad customer service after spending so much money at KFC in Grassy Park.
