Non-existent response and customer service

Had a terrible experience on 29 September when I bought KFC for R125.00 and after my SMS and email came through from FNB stating that the money has been deducted from my account KFC told me the payment did not go through on their system and I need to pay again. I paid double the amount I was supposed to pay and the cashier made me feel like a! Wrote a complaint on Facebook on 3 October and got a few calls from KFC Lynnwood Road's manager and the call centre, stating that they will revert back to me, which still hasn't happened. There has been NO follow through on my complaint, NO answers or suggestions as to how to resolve the matter and NO positive customer experience what so ever. At this stage I don't feel like buying KFC ever again if this is the way customers are treated. I paid R350.00 for a Twister meal, a Boxmaster meal and two Avalanches. Don't tell me you're still cashing up, as this was the excuse in the first week!

Terrible, terrible customer service from KFC Lynnwood Road, Hillcrest Shopping Centre, Pretoria!!
