We went in to the Bedforview branch and ordered 2 large pizzas. They weren't able to serve us our first choice because they didn't have mushrooms in stock. So, we ordered something else. When we got home and bit into the pizza, it was so overcooked that it was completely crispy and dry. The toppings were minimal, including the sauce. When we took the pizzas back, we were told there's nothing they could do because it had been an hour since we ordered. They assessed the time from the time we ordered to driving home and back and refused to rectify the matter. We frequent that branch and found their attitude towards this to be shocking. Because of their dissatisfactory food and terrible attitude we will not be supposting that branch again.
