We went to Sun City recently. I must say that customer service in general from all shops/restaurants was pretty good, until, that is, I went into Sweets From Heaven. On Sunday night (29/09/13) around 22:30hrs, we had just taken the shuttle from the entertainment centre to our hotel (Cabanas), when, feeling peckish, I decided to stop at the next stop (the Sun City Hotel) to buy some confectionary.
When I entered the shop, I chose some items to buy and then went to the till. I greeted the two ladies at the till, and there was no reply nor ackowledgment that I was even there. I again tried, but the same thing happened. There were no other customers at the shop, save for two other male Sun City uniformed employees, who were chatting and having a conversation with the two ladies present. Both tills, mind you, were open. At one stage, one of the guys was requesting change, which one of the ladies was assisting him with, but the other lady was doing nothing. I again tried and said "excuse me, I'd like to pay plz", whereupon, she stared at me, rudely said that she was "busy", and that the other lady would help when she was done, then she went on chatting.
I left my purchases and left.
