So I am not a happy customer. My meal arrived 17minutes later than your promise of 40-minutes. I called the store to complain, but got cut off.
I have paid beforehand - online with my Visa Card. I would like to see you honour your commitment of a refund to the same card with which I placed my order.
It is Order #24 on Invoice #278898 at 12:36 on 10 Oct 2013 for an amount of R75 which arrived at my office at 01:34pm.
