Took my family out for dinner and made the mistake of choosing Primi Piati Waterfront! These guys had people running around with no intention of assisting their customers. 15 minutes into dinner we finally received the menu's. Waiters stood at paypoints making conversation while customers were leaving after being seated as they weren't being assisted. They were disorganised and rude. Basic requests made to our waiter was ignored as he tried to remember orders out of his head leading to people sitting watching others eat waiting on their "forgotten" orders. I will never ever take advise anyone to eat there. Not only do they have a limited menu, the non existence of service is not worth the price you will pay!
