Good Morning, I wish to share the poor experience we had at the Randpark Ridge Spur this past Saturday. John is mentioned as responsible person because this is where my frustration started. I enquired about booking for a kiddies party and was told that only written communication would ensure the booking is made. I informed John that I was sending the e-mail while we were discussing this requirement. 5 Days later I followed up with yet another e-mail and a phone call as I received no response to my written enquiry. At long last my booking was confirmed. I ignore the warning bells. During this telephonic discussion I enquired about the sweets platters they use to offer. I was told that John would discuss an alternative with his manager as they no longer offered this. On final confirmation I enquired yet again as I never received feedback from John. I was promised a phone call - still waiting. Day of the party was a disaster - 10 parties in one slot with only one waiter assigned to our table - 20 adults and 9 kids. Orders were delayed and the feedback we got - "I meant to bring the order". No party packs or ice lollies were handed out, yet part of meal. WORST PARTY EVER.
