I was so disappointed last night as I saw the name of an "upmarket" spot further plummet due to attitude and bad customer service.
We booked a table for a birthday party, but after 3 rounds of drinks that we cost us nearly R1000 we were told that we would not be given a knofe to cut the cake, nor would we have further service unless we ordered food pronto. So we asked if we wre being kicked out..and a rude, condenceding, clearly uneducated manageress -Sakhile blatantly said yes! so we packed ours, moved to Cofi and had fun.
Cubana is the worst!! trust me... they will fall! you cannot treat patrons like rubbish.
