When we got to Cubana the bouncer was unwelcoming to us & asked us to leave because we are laughing too loud, So we left. I complained to the bouncer that I had called & booked a table & that the attitude shown towards us was not fair, non of the other customers complained, that he was the only 1 with the issue. He then told us to come back later once the "vibe" had picked up.
So we did as we were told & came back a bit later, while we were "enjoying" our night 3 of our phones had been from our pockets & purses, we then went to management to ask if they could please look on there cameras to see if they could see anything, the manager on duty was very accommodating & took our details, but as soon as he turned to walk away the bouncers started to get aggressive & forceful & told as to leave, while trying to do as they requested the one bouncer started pushing my friend & I politely asked him to please treat us like humans, that we were not trying to cause any trouble he grabbed me by the arms and threw me toward the stairs, as a woman I was shocked, and am now covered in bruises. This treatment is not ok, in fact it is disgusting that they feel they have THAT power!
