My friends and I flew toCape Town for the Jazz Festival. We decided to head down to Cubana for drinks and something to eat, much aware that it would be packed because of the jazz, we went early. We were joining a couple of friends who had already got a table so we were sorted out, little did we know! We joined our friends but about 2 hours later we were forced to move out of our table by an aggressive hulk African guy with a microphone on his ear, he grabbed us and ordered us to move out of our table because the minister had booked the table, this to my suprise was after 00:00 midnight. Is this how you treat your customers? On the same night i also witnessed him man-handling a lady, was there a need for that? That guy needs to stop thinking and acting like he owns the place, i dont care if he is the manager or the chief of bouncers, he still needs to think about Cubanas reputaion and standards, we were made to feel like nothing and humilliated infront of people who knew and respected us. This is really degrading the place and soon enoughy they will realise that. What a pathetic service..wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Our Cubana in Durban is 99.9 better than they EVER WILL BE
