A group of us visited Cubana, a NEW bar in PMB, ordered a cocktail which took about 20 minutes to come, the cocktail tasted like crushed milk, it was tasteless and awful, I told the barman, very politely, that I cant drink this and please can he add a shot. His attitude was socking, he knocked the drink over in a huff, did not apologise at all and continued with this bad attitude for the remainder of our stay. The manager witnessed the whole thing and sat there with a smug look on his face!! If anyone asks me what Cubana PMB is like, I will tell them to avoid this place at all costs! Such a pity, as being a new bar in PMB, a small town as it is, word will get around and this place wont last a year!!! Tell your barman to adjust their attitudes and the way they react to their customers! Utterly shocking. And lastly, there were 15 barman standing around doing nothing, and we had one person serving us! One barman could have made cocktails whilst the other served the normal drinks!
