Took my family for dinner at Spur in Observatory. Placed my order with a waiter who's attention was focused on other tables. Rambled his name and dropped off the cutlery on the table like someone who obviously hates his job. Didn't repeat our order to make sure it was correct and brushed off my 5 year old son who was trying to make conversation with him. The onions were awful... Hard like they were refried and the chips had a refried texture too. Waiter didn't check on our table again. When the manager came round and asked if we were enjoying our meal and we told him how disappointing the food was, he apologized, offered to bring us different onions and then hurried off to the cashier as if we were wasting his time. I find it upsetting and very disappointing to when u spend your hard earned money on bad quality food and unprofessional service. The waiter seriously needs training in table etiquette.
