Bad service at Spur Cape Gate

I went to the Cape Gate Spur on Saturday with my two little boys.

I ordered their food and the waiter brought the food without knives, forks or place mates.
I saw a manager standing there and asked him to bring me knives and forks which he did.
A little while after that the waiter eventually brought the knives and forks.

The waiter disappeared and I then asked the manager to please take my order, which he did.

I ordered a beef burger with bacon and guacamole but with baked potato.
The manager brought my food but with chips.
He told me that the kitchen made a mistake and gave me chips, but that he will sort it out, leaving my food on the table.

After 5min of no manager bringing me my baked potato, I started eating my food.
After 15 min he still didn't pitch up with my baked potato, or to come tell me it's not coming.

I called another manager and asked her what the name is of the manager who helped me.
She said his name is Wayne.
The service that I got from Wayne and my waiter is terrible. Not up to standards at Spur, unless they dropped their quality of service.
The female that helped at the end was very apologetic, but damage is done.
