Wow i have always thought the Mc Donald at Woodmead offered a lot of service but was i in for a ride tonight, i used the drive thru and a gentleman came on to the intercom and took my order but as i was giving him my order he just went silent on me... Thinking that he will come back I waited and 5 minutes later, the is a lady now taking my order. I proceed on to pay at the next window and then the guy at the till takes his own sweet time... Ok i go and collect my order only to find the people there dont have it ready and they busy arguing about what is on and what is not... I then get told to park on the side and this wait took 10 minutes only to have them bring me something that i didn't order, on top of that i was charged for it.
I have seen bad service but this is just horrific service from Mc D's... Find me there again and kill me
