I had the most unpleasant service at McDonalds Craighall in Johannesburg when the evening staff didn't give me my order after I had placed it at the drive thru. I waited for about 20 minutes in the parking area until I PHYSICALLY went to the closed window and knocked, the lady that was there never did my order even after paying and only did it when I came to them to ask what was taking so long. Even then they asked me again what my order. I couldn't believe how bad they treated my order. is this what McDonalds does nowadays??? I was really frustrated by this and I will never go back there again.
