We placed an order with Nando's in Leaping Frog Fourways at 11:11am for delivery to our office that is 7mins away. We ordered the 3wings with chips and also 1/4 chicken with chips. At 12:04pm, I called to follow up and was told the driver has left. At 12:22pm, I called again and spoke to the manager who told to call him again after 5min if our order hasn't been delivered. At 12:31 pm, I called again, as my order was delivered yet, I told the manager that we should get a discount or the meal for free and the manager just ignored me as kept saying sorry. At 12:45pm, our meal arrived. I think that is extremely bad service on Nando's part. It can't take them more than 1hour 30min for our meal delivery. VERY BAD!!!
