Yesterday (29/9) we took our little one for a boat ride at Wilsons Wharf thereafter she wanted to have lunch at Spur. Not our preference, but we let her choose as it was her treat for the end of holidays. I couldn't understand what the waiter said as he was barely audible, not sure if it was a speech impediment - didn't want to be insensitive. He couldn't give us an idea how long the meals would take to prepare as we wanted to pop into the nearby shop. Mind you, the restaurant was not busy. Food was not that great either, calamari was over cooked :( We were done and waited and waited for service... Finally managed to flag another waitron down to request the bill.. Waited and waited to hand over the payment... I was annoyed now, I went outside and told my husband to hand it over to whoever he could find. On the way home, my child asks me where's the toy - needless to say that she never got it - won't be visiting this Spur again.
