Very very poor serivice

1. the waiter could not give us the amount on the account.
2. we had to work out the bill for the spur,
3. we waited about 45min after we asked for the bill,
4. the floor manager didn't even responded.
5. the time we received our food it was cold.

note: will never visit the spur at the new mall after last nights experience
