On the 2 August I went onto the mobi site to place an order. The website gave me Sandton Grovenor as my nearest branch online. I placed my order and made payment. After 90mins still nothing, I called the branch and spoke to Doughlas who informed me they don't deliver to my area and would refund my money. To date nothing has been done. I have gone onto the Facebook site as well - no help what so ever. Note would be never use there site, make payment because you left with paying for services never rendered. Extremely disappointing and frustrating that this is still ongoing.
