I ordered pizza on 25 August 2013 and I was told that I would have my pizza between 40-50 minutes. An hour and 10 minutes had passed and I still had not received my pizza so I called Debonairs to enquire about the delay. I was informed that the delivery man had already left the branch to deliver the pizzas. A further 20 minutes had passed and the delivery man had still not arrived with my pizza. I then called Debonairs again and complained about the delay and I was given attitude by one the ladies who answered the phone. I then spoke to the manager who could also not give answers about the delay. The Columbine Square branch has poor and shocking service as this has happened to me several times before this specific incident. I will never order from them again nor will I recommend this branch to anyone.
