Poor delivery/ online order not efficient

On the 27th of July just after 09h10 the morning, I placed an online order as like i have done before with Debonairs Elardus Park. Just after 10h00 the manager phones me and informs me that the driver is not even at the branch. Finanlly after I phoned again, the delivery pitches up at 11h10. I also did specify on the online site (as even suggested as on the site) to bring change for a R200 note to which the delivery was unaware of (even displayed on the receipt) had to go back and get change for me to which I had to wait another hour. The service is pathetic, the branch manager didnt give a about the clientele who had to wait and they are disorganised.
