On the 2 August I went onto the mobi site to place an order. The website gave me Sandton Grovenor as my nearest branch online. I placed my order and made payment. After 90mins still nothing, I called the branch and spoke to Doughlas who informed me they don't deliver to my area and would refund my money. To date nothing has been done. I have gone onto the Facebook site as well - no help what so ever. Note would be never use there site, make payment because you left with paying for services never rendered. Extremely disappointing.
