Illegal Transactions Off my account

For the last few months, visiting KFC in Belhar has become a huge pain and frustration and in all honesty I do not go there, unless I am desperate. They always disappoint, either you have to wait long for chicken, or they let you wait long and tell you there is no chicken, yip ridiculous indeed.

This time, however, it is completely different. They double billed my bank card. I then showed the person helping me the 2 transactions on my cellphone (This occurred due to her inserting my chip card into the machine, then after I entered my pin, she used the pan on the card, I wasn't really taking note of what she was doing until the transaction went off twice).

She then went to the manager whom informed me that the bank will reverse the duplicate charge, if not, I can come back and get a refund. It made sense so I decided to leave. Today, the bank did not reverse the charge and a different manager has a different story requesting that I provide them bank statements, bring it back to them and they will send it to head office.

How about NO, this is not my fault, I will email you proof if you want/need it. However I am not driving around for your mistakes.
