I went to cup and cones for an ice cream, and an ice cream server by the name of SANDRA gave me bad attitude when I asked her why she is serving her friend who came after me before me first. And she started being arrogant and threating me that she will beat the out of me, and she is not scared of me. When her colleague tried to help me she grabbed the ice cream away from his colleague and it fell on the floor. That is unacceptable way to treat a customer she sure needs more training and until then she must never ever deal with customers or cup and cones will lose customers because of her.
