BROKEN SUGAR CONES

On the 06/08/2013 I sent an email and photographs directly to luis foods, I had no response electronically or otherwise, I resent the email on the 12/08/2013. Today is 23/08/2013, and still no response or assistance - THE EMAIL READS AS FOLLOWS:
RE: the WAFFLE SUGAR CONES. Firstly let me start off with stating I am a single mom and purchasing such treats such as the waffle cones over ordinary "cheaper cones" is a push for my one income budget. How disappointing it was to excitedly open it on the weekend with my son to have our "desert / treat" on the sugar cones. Well only to see just how broken and shattered they all are not even one presents itself as a full cone. Make miniature ice creams, improvise but really this is not acceptable I spent good money for an unsatisfactory product. To my further dismay I cannot return the box to SHOPRITE - SOUTHDALE because I did not keep my receipt of purchase which also by the way was last week Thursday 02/08/2013 and the expiration date on the box is 31 July 2013 so realistically it shouldn't have even been on the shelves. Shoprite refuses to take any responsibility for the product. So I have old broken cones. I have photos of the product.
