Ad drive thru service

I was on my way back from johannesburg to klerksdorp and decided to buy ice cream cones at the kfc drive thru in potchefstroom.when i got to the window to collect the ice cream the lady basically threw the ice cream holder into my car.all the ice creams landed on my lap.unfortunately both my cellphones were on my lap. It was covered in ice creams.my clothes my car seat.she just walked away.i had to ask for napkins so that i could clean the mess.she replaced the ice cream and all she said was sorry. One of my phones is not working properly and needs to be fixed.im very upset about this
