Appalling attitude by the KFC Manager in Belha

At 9pm on Tuesday evening i decided to go to KFC to buy ice-creams for the family, as it was extremely hot. When I got to KFC I ordered and paid for 3 ice-cream cones, when i got to the delivery window, they gave me 3 separate cones expecting me to hold all of them, i then requested a holder as I was alone in the car. They advised that they did not have any, I asked them if they could check again, instead the Manager came to the window with a major attitude saying that the container costs more than the ice-cream and said if I want I can give my money back and return the ice-cream. Which resulted in me leaving with no ice-crems and KFC loosing a sale!

This is extremely upsetting as we spend a large amount of money at the Belhar KFC monthly and for a Manager to be so disrespectful and willing to forgo business regardless the monetary value of the current order. The service was disgraceful!
