I bought one of your ola ice cream products, Cornette vanilla flirt to be specific at Pick n Pay hyper centurion today the 21 April 2013 at around 15:46 and I was obviously anticipating to indulge myself with what I assumed to be the best ice cream. While I enjoyed the chocolate on top mixed with ice cream my delight and pleasant experience was cut short by a rather soft almost sticky hard to chew cone which according to my past experience of cones was shockingly appalling considering the fact that, that was not what I paid for neither expected from such a reputable brand of ice cream which is now badly tinted by such awful experience. Thank you for such a brilliant work of ridding off a customer with lack of quality and concern of whether the product you manufacture reaches the customer in the same way as when it left your manufacturing plant. Furthermore, the fridge was branded alo and cold too, so I doubt it will be another case of heatshock.
