Debonairs do not care about the consumers there is a say ''DO NOT OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER'' regional manager phoned me after my complaint and heard my side of the story and promised that somebody will contact me to rectify the issue I'm talking the incident that happened on the 30Aug2013 up till this day i never got a call from these people his job was to make sure the matter was attended to and a customer is happy, they got my money now they do not care if the product was up to a standard, they forgetting, one 1 thing that we are protected by consumer protection act.
