We ordered four pizza's on Friday 20/09/2013 for delivery. Two of the pizzas had the wrong toppings on and when I called the franchise to get them replaced the cashier (Polina) was not willing to help me. She kept on explaining to me what toppings are suppose to be on pizzas and she was not interested in listening to me so that I can explain to her that my toppings were the wrong ones. She then explained the matter to her colleague where after it became a laughing matter to them. She informed me that the manager will call me back. I'm still waiting.
On Saturday 21/09/2013 I reported the case to customer care and received a case number 99592. The customer care operator informed me that they will contact me by Sunday. I'm still waiting.
The don't care attitude of Debonairs is shocking...
