As an customer and knowing that times are hard we should be given good service and as well value for money. It is not my first time buying from them but received my pizza past supper time and when foned to speak to manager she gave me rotten attitude and den wen returning to eat it we found it was dry and hard. I guess because debonairs is busy they lost their values on customer service and the standards of pizza. What I refuse to understand is how do business start of so good but then feel they don't need customers and feed back anymore. I just wasted my money and will not buy there again and will make sure I tell all my friends and family members regarding what happened to me. It was dissappointing to see that a manager can treat a customer so bad and still say "go ahead phone customer care" so the money we work so hard for and chose to support debonairs is nothing cas they dnt need consumers. Even the pizza was so hard you could throw it around like a flying saucer.
