Esponses all automated with no real followup

I got an automated response on Hellopeter with no *actual* follow up. Looking at the other responses I see they are all identical (except for the person's name and branch referred to/headoffice) - they are not addressing the issues raised. Here is an example of the automated response. Mine is shorter as it is a head office query. There is no REAL follow up as promised:

We would like to confirm that a representative of the store as well as our Customer Care will be in contact with you directly to ensure that the matter is resolved to your satisfaction.
