I ordered a full chicken from Nandos yesterday evening over the phone and collected it as a take away. when i got there the service was quick and efficient but the chicken was burned and very dry. i took less than 30 minutes to get there therefore i doubt that it stayed for long. I also do not think that the "extra sauce" that i asked for was included as the chicken was really bad in taste. the unfortunate part is that i stay abt 12 KM away from the store so by the time i get home, it was too late for me to go back and return it.
I hope that the restaurant will do something about this... this is unacceptable.
