I re-visited the Tygervalley Centre Burger King this afternoon, after being really impressed with my first purchase yesterday. I waited in line for 10 minutes - take note I was the first person in line. There were two cashiers but one was struggling to insert a new roll of paper into the slip printer, while the supervisor stood next to her, holding her. Eventually the other cashier finished and called me to order. I did so and paid. After pouring my drink I waited yet another 10 minutes for one whoppa meal and a sundae. I had to point out that I ordered a Sundae as they did not give it to me with the rest of the order. Then the girl had to figure out how to make it, she tried but failed as the ice cream was "hanging" over the cup. After using the sauce tube to push the ice cream back into the cup and putting so much sauce in the cup that it was running out, her colleague told her to re-make it. I told her to not make the cup so full. I left with half a cup of Sundae nearly half an hour later. It is clear that the staff is not trained and the supervisor/manager is pre-occupied. This type of service will do the business great damage.
