On Sunday 28-07-2013 I popped into McDonalds as my grand daughter wanted an ice cream.
I thought I would order myself something to eat then she can play in the play area for a while. I ordered a double burger (R17.90). Firstly I waited almost an hour for them to take my order, which I accept as they were busy. Eventually when I got to my table and opened the packet there was only a single burger. I took the burger back, waited another half an hour until I had to remind the lady that I am still waiting for my burger, she was quite rude and just gave the burger with no apology. Lo and behold, I get to my table and another single burger, took it back again, while I was waiting (again) another lady came back with the same problem. Eventually I had to ask her where my buger was again, this happened three times, three hours later I got the right burger, again with no apology, needless to say the other ladies burger was changed before mine. I will definitely not be popping in for an "ice-cream"
