Golden Feather Spur, Vangate Mall 03/11 we only ordered dessert, we were asked for our orders and we placed it! we ordered 1 x full waffle and 2 x Pecan Nut Sundae's and a Ice cream and chocolate sauce.wen it came we asked the waitron if they do not give any extra chocolate sauce with the desserts as many other Spurs do. the waiter rudely said no and as we spoke he walked away. we then called the manager Shaun and he said he will have chocolate sauce sent to us. we waited and during this time noticed that their wasn't any pecan nuts on the top of even in the pecan nut sundae, when then called the waiter again and he just listened to us and walked away. later came a female, and she said well unfortunately we don't have pecan nuts in stock, when I asked why the waiter then never mentioned anything to us and still served the dessert that way she just said she doesn't think he knew. she then offered that she will only charge use for the ice-cream and chocolate sauce and will bring more choc sauce which she done, sent more sauce and 6 pecan nuts... which they didn't have and when we asked for the bill we were charged in full for the pecan nut sundaes which are totally inacceptable!
