Not bringing what was ordered

Placed an order for delivery across the street, we ordered a milkshake, ice cream and a sprite zero and ask to bring change for R100.00. They only brought the ice cream (without a plastic spoon) and the milkshake. NO sprite zero and no change for the R100.00. Now they bring a Cream Soda and the wrong change!! Really bad service how do you want to satisfy your customers if you don't deliver!
