My wife and I always go to spur on a Monday.
However this Monday the 26th August 2013 5.45pm we decided to try Riverhawk Spur. I am sad to say that my wife and I are still feeling it.
We usually go to Brightwater Commons with amazing food and service.
We get into Riverhawk and we ask if we can sit in smoking. There is no smoking section anymore.
I said to my wife we can live without it.
We sit down and order a castle draft, a cream soda milkshake and 2 beef burgers (one with cheese).
The cream soda comes but it is not a milkshake. I politely asked the waiter why it is incorrect.
He said they do not have cream soda milkshake. So instead my wife gets a cream soda instead of being informed?
I let this go but was shocked that he did not offer to take it back or ask if we wanted a different milkshake so I left it as I had a really stressful day the last thing I wanted was to call the manager and deal with this.
I must admit the food came really fast. But when my wife and I bit into it we realized that it was burnt / overcooked.
I love spur, had most of my birthdays there and still do.
However I will not be going to this branch again.
My wife and myself are still not 100% yet
