We want to treat my director to a Thai massage and foot therapy for Bosses Day, I had a look at specials on the internet and Kai Thai had a special for a traditional Thai massage for R250 (R100 discount). When I phoned to do the booking for the 16th Oct (Bosses Day) - wanting to pay today - Kelly informed me that she wasn't aware of the special - they did however have a winter special like that but it is now spring. I however informed her that there are no dates or T&C's on the web, neither does it say its only a winter special. She phoned me back after speaking to her superior and said they will give me the special for this week only and I can unfortunately not book at this rate for Oct.
SORRY KAI THAI - THAT IS WHAT THE WEBSITE SAYS AND THAT IS WHAT I WANT!! UNACCEPTABLE FALSE ADVERTISING (I am NOT going to leaving this issue) SICK OF UNQUALIFIED UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE GETTING AWAY WITH EVERYTHING - what happened to service excellence and customer satisfaction???
