Groupon advertised a special for thai massages at Panee Thai Spa and sold over 600 vouchers. I called Panee and spoke to Prudence and made a booking for Sunday, 30 June at 15:30 and wrote down the appointment details and the person i spoke to on the voucher form. I got a call on Saturday afternoon from the owner Romesh claiming i did not show for my booking aand he was redeeming my voucher. I explained to him that my appointment was not for that day, he was so unprofessional and rude for a business man who asked me to ask his bookings lady and sort it out. Having called his office and speaking to Prudence who just said to me that was the booking i made and there is nothing further she can do. I called the owner back as well as sent him the voucher with the details i had written down but he was rude and refused to except that the fault was on their booking side, claiming for it to be impossible for the mistake to be with them. The specials gets advertised and they dont expect the volume so to try to the people they tell people they booked for different days and redeem the vouchers with groupon as no show. Beware and do not support this Thai Spa and take it up with Groupon
