My son bought me a gift voucher to Kai Thai Spa for 120 minutes of treatments. Upon arrival at Kai Thai Rabie Street Randburg I was told to select the treatments I required, which I did. Next thing a lady arrived saying the package my son bought was for 120 minutes of body massage only. This is not what the voucher stated. The attitude was bad, the place was very unhygenic - I was given dirty used slippers to wear, the sheet was dirty, etc. So I refused the treatment, and walked out with the voucher since they refused to give a refund. Now to try and resolve this matter... an uphill battle awaits I am sure!
