I bought the Euphoria traditional spa deal for R650. Before I bought the deal I called to ask if there are thai therapists, as we only go for thai massages. The spa confirmed that there are thai therapists, so I bought the deal.
I called this week to make a booking and confirm the therapists, and they no longer have thai therapists.
This is a change in the deal, and not what I ordered and paid for.
Cityslicker refuses to give me a cash refund, and wants to keep my money by giving me a store credit.
They say it is not allowed, even though the deal is no longer what I paid for!
This is not allowed, it is false advertising and surely not allowed according to the CPA.
