I took my Mother & my Wife to Wimpy in the Blue Route Mall and we placed our order of the R19, 99 breakfast and the Double up Breakfast with a large Latte and Coffee. My mother requested very hard eggs and my wife sunny side up. I took a call outside the restaurant and I find out last night that when my mothers eggs came it wasn't to her satisfaction hard enough so she asked the waiter (surname starts with a T) to make the eggs harder only for the fryer lady to tell the waiter OUT LOUD (and not in my presence) that "If I make the eggs any harder it'll be brown" and returned the eggs. I subsequently returned and was surprised my mother never ate the soft eggs but never thought anything of it. Until my wife made Me aware of it late last night. I drove from kuilsriver to retreat 80-100km return trip and my mother is subjected to such rudeness. Its unacceptable and if I had been at the table I would NEVER have accepted that infact I would have left the establishment without a seconds thought.
