We booked a spa treatment for two and confirmed prior to the booking that we would be attended to by female threpasts only to find out that one of us would be treated by a male therapist. We spoke to the owner Ramesh and he was extremely rude and refused to allow us to re-schedule or provide a refund. Avoid Panee Thai Spa as they are rude and do not have any customer service.
