The over roll experience is pathetic, I waited 20min in line that was outside the only to be told when going to the till that the item s were out of stock, with no apology from the staff who only were able say "eish don't have " no ice cream or crusher when i asked the teller why is there no notice to say the items are not in stock she said that " we cant cause them it will remove points "
What the dose that have to do with me the customer!!! Why do I care that what you points are, this attitude like we don't care take it as it is.
Also on trying to pay for a items you have no card facility again the rubbish attitude of "eish sorry this one dose not work, let's use the other till but it does not paper so can't print your slip".
How you get away of treating your customers like this???
