I made several purchases at several branches for Large amounts on my Edgars account. At the Trade Route branch on 14 June 13 for R6758.05, Eastgate branch for R1499.50 on 14 June 13, at The Glen branch for R1769.60 on 17 June 13, at The Trade Route branch again for R5198.95 on 17 June 13, and then again at the Trade Route branch for R1509.95 on 18 June 13, which brings the total value to R16 535.95.

When I checked my loyalty points after all thses purchases, my points reflected as 93points, I went into your Northgate Branch and was told that it would take a month to reflect, so I waited and my points have not increased. Is this the amount of points that a customer recieves after spending R16 535.95???
If so, then, clearly there is something very misleading about your loyalty points rewards, as I have recieved soooo many more points spending under a R1000.00.I even called your supossed customer care line and am awaiting feedback for almost a month already with no avail.

I am so dissapointed and disgusted with this service and the bad attitude and incompetance of your staff (who have zero product knowledge of how loyalty points work or are calculated).
