From the minute we walked into the front door of Wimpy at the Garden Route Mall, we felt unwelcome and out of place. We stood there for a good few minutes, waiting to be seated of which we were never assisted, that we ended up taking our own menu's and finding a place to sit. Several staff did notice us, but not one of them greeted nor assisted us. After sitting down, again waiting 5/10 minutes to ask us for our order once again being disappointed because there cappuccino machine was faulty. We go up and left right away, after being disappointed a few time we had enough, we will not be returning to that wimpy ever!!!
