Tried to order a street wise 2 with pap. Pap was not available then tried to order chicken pieces, these were also not available, was told to wait 10 minutes. asked for manager who chose to ignore me (check the cam) i feel that you not only cant deliver on your menu but that because i am a white customer i do not matter.(subsantiatated buy the fact that yourmanager chose to treat me with a complete walk away as well as get security to walk in) I have a right to be upset, if you can not deliver on your menu. But your manager decided to walk away as well as ignore my complaint because i am white. Why do i have to accept that your company cares nothing about my wanting to be served according to your promise of 24hr service as well as having to suffer bieng punished as a white person in your establishment. it is obvious that your mandate to the different venues is to treat people as badly as possible as they are white South Africans, suppose it has to do with a corperate advert campaighn as well as a servive level instruction to branches.
