My family went for a quick breakfast at Wimpy Bel Air on Saturday morning at 9:30. Our waiter Sam S brought the order on the kiddies menu and then left us hanging. I find it strange that he repeated the order twice and then managed to forget the rest of the order completely. We had to leave after waiting 40 minutes as we had a next appointment. The manager of this branch felt sorry and ashamed and did not let us pay the R32 for the kiddies meal. Maybe it is time for Sam to wake up or realise that he can't multitask.
